Sahitya Akademi to Host All India Dalit Writers' Meet

Sahitya Akademi is organizing an "All India Dalit Writers' Meet from February 20 to 21 at the Sahitya Akademi's Conference Hall, 3rd Floor, Rabindra Bhavan, New Delhi. 

K. Sreenivasarao, Secretary, Sahitya Akademi, will present the welcome address, and K. Enoch, Eminent Hindi Critic, will deliver the Keynote address at the Meet.

The two-day literary event will include a session on the "Present Situation of Dalit Literature and its challenges." It will also feature poetry and short story reading sessions in different languages such as Hindi, Odia, Sanskrit, Santalli, Bodo, Kannada, Malayalam, Rajasthani, Maithili, Bengali, Dogri, Gujarati, Konkani, and Punjabi.
